"I am an Endurance client who has been dealing with the aftermath of an achilles tear for several years. I've completed 2 courses of therapy at 2 other local practices. Most recently, I have been Kristina Lott's patient at the Arcadia location. I have progressed on to the Wellness program which I feel is extremely beneficial and sincerely hope you will continue to offer. I would like to express my appreciation for all the employees at Arcadia. They have been all things a patient would hope for: efficient, kind, caring, friendly, attentive and well prepared.
Kristina, in particular, has done her utmost to help me understand and deal with my condition over the past several months. I feel like her knowledge, her willingness to research and learn and offer varied therapies far surpasses what I have experienced at other practices. She is always thinking about what else she can do to help her patients progress along.....I feel like she is there for me 100% and I can see that she is providing quality care for all her patients. You can be really proud of the service you are able to provide your patients at Arcadia under Kristina's excellent leadership. I hope you appreciate her as much as I do!
