Jeff graduated from Arizona State University with a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science with an emphasis in exercise physiology and athletic training. He as had the privilege of working in orthopedics with many of the valley's top physicians and physical therapists for almost 10 years. He has taken his education and experience to rehab/train the weekend warrior all the way to the professional athlete. Jeff believes in the mind/ body connection, which leads to his motto: "Educating and motivating creating positivity to excel." He also has been a competitive runner/cyclist/triathlete for over 20 years which includes Three National Duathlon Championship Titles and a sixth place World Championship placing (top American). He has also been a member of the US National Team.
