Nathan received his physical therapy degree from Saint Louis University in 1996. While at Saint Louis University he also received his certification in athletic training. His clinical area of expertise is in the evaluation, treatment and prevention of orthopedic and sports injuries. Intensive training and work experience over the past 10 years have allowed him the opportunity to put professional, Olympic, college and high school athletes back in their game. The primary focus of his practice is using biomechanical analysis on runners and cyclists to assess for efficiency and injury prevention. More

Ashley Koch, PT

Ashley attended the University of Washington where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Zoology. She competed in cross country and track at the Division I level. Involvement in athletics contributed to her decision to pursue a career in physical therapy. She continued her education at A.T. Still University where she earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. Ashley is currently the track & field and cross country coach at Notre Dame High School.

Melissa earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutrition from Bastyr University in Seattle Washington. Melissa was first introduced to triathlon by volunteering at Ironman Canada in 1993. She was so impressed by the sport that she did Ironman Canada the following year in 1994. Never did she ever imagine that it would play such a large role in her life over the next 10 years. After setting the age-group record in the 20-24 in 1995, Melissa turned professional and for the next 8 years she raced internationally and claimed 3 Ironman Championships and a personal best 4th at the Hawaii Ironman World Championships in 1998. In 2004 Melissa retired from professional racing. Melissa is excited to be working with such a dynamic group of individuals at Endurance Rehab and is looking forward being part of a network to help clients obtain their nutritional goals.

Andi grew up in Omaha, earned a degree in Exercise Science from the University of Kansas, and moved to Scottsdale in 1999. Andi has been involved in the local running community on various levels event planning, volunteering, coaching and educational clinics. Her own injury and belief in Endurance Rehabs philosophy has confirmed her dedication to helping others achieve their running potential. She is currently training for another 50K Ultra Trail Race, while working with various athletes wanting to improve their speed on the field.
