Matt Kraemer PT, DPT, ATC, CSCS

Matt is a born and raised Phoenician. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology from Arizona State University in 1999. After earning his Strength and Conditioning Certification and Athletic Training Certification in 2001, he completed his Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree from A.T. Still University in 2004. Matt has experience in treating all types of orthopedic injuries, however he has extensive training in the evaluation and treatment of endurance athletes, including foot and ankle/ running specific injuries. Matt is also the director of the Arcadia Endurance location, and takes great pride in ensuring that all patients receive the best care possible. Matt enjoys competing in marathons and triathlons, when he is not following ASU football with his wife Tracie and sons Luke, Todd, and Brooks.




David Herzberg PT, DPT, ATC, CSCS

Dave grew up in Austin, TX where he attended University of Texas. He moved to Phoenix, AZ in 1994 and became involved at Arizona State University as an Athletic Trainer. Upon graduating 1998 with a post-graduate degree in Exercise Science and Kinesiology, he utilized his athletic training certification in Orthopedics, Pediatrics and Neurology. He attended Northern Arizona University and graduated in 2003, receiving his doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. Dave is a certified athletic trainer (ATC) and a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the NATA and NCSA, respectively. Dave has been working towards obtaining his manual therapy certification (MTC) in Paris based methodology and also will be ultimately pursing his orthopedic specialist certification (OCS). Dave's primary focus is to utilize a direct "hands on" perspective to promote corrective biomechanics and normalize functional movement patterns. When not treating patients, Dave is trail running, competing in marathons and triathlons, hiking, and being a loving father and caring husband.




Chris Lybarger, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist (Email)
Chris, a native of New Jersey, graduated with both his Bachelor 's in Sports and Exercise Science/Kinesiology degree in 2005 and Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree in 2008 from Gannon University in Erie, Pennsylvania. His background includes playing collegiate soccer at Division II Gannon University from 2001-2005, as well as his involvement with hockey, golf, and track and field growing up. He has extensive experience working with high school, collegiate, and professional athletes spanning a wide range of sports including soccer, football, hockey, baseball, volleyball, basketball, golf and tennis. This athletic background has given him the insight and motivation to assist athletes, as well as general orthopedic patients, reach their functional and sport related rehabilitative goals.




Kristina Lott, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist (Email)
Kristina graduated from Pomona College (Claremont, CA) with her BA degree in 1996. She then attended Emory University (Atlanta, GA), earning her Master of Physical Therapy in 2001 and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2003. In 2005, she became certified in orthopedic manual therapy (COMT) and she became an ASTYM provider in 2008. Kristina has clinical experience with all kinds of orthopedic dysfunction, including treatment of the TMJ and vestibular problems. Kristina enjoys treating orthopedic injuries of all types, but is especially interested in the treatment of sports-related overuse injuries. Kristina grew up dancing and playing sports, learning early on the benefits of physical therapy. She received multiple ITA awards and NCAA All-American honors while competing in collegiate tennis. Her current interests include hiking, competing in running and triathlon events, snow skiing, traveling, and reading.
