Endurance Rehabilitation is looking for dynamic Physical Therapists to join our therapist-owned practices in Scottsdale and Phoenix, Arizona. We are an outpatient orthopedic clinic that is recognized as one the country's leading treatment centers of endurance athletes. Although this is a specialized niche, we are extremely proud of it. We are also very pleased with our accomplishment of becoming the preferred physical therapy provider for many general orthopedic patients in the valley. Our patient populations span across all ages and include non-athletes and NFL professionals alike. Our goals are to restore function, increase endurance/strength/power, enhance recovery, correct biomechanics, and create a healthy environment so that our clients will excel in the race of life.
We operate three state-of-the-art 3,000 and 5,000 square feet facilities with the latest in technology and equipment. This, in conjunction with an upbeat staff, facilitates a high energy and fun atmosphere for patient education and treatment. Our unique business philosophy emphasizes one on one patient - therapist interaction, leading to improved patient outcomes and therapist satisfaction.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong orthopedic and manual therapy background with interest in treating endurance athletes. Must be interested in working with a team approach that includes orthopedic surgeons, physicians, exercise physiologists, athletic trainers and coaches. Run gait analysis in addition to bike fitting experience is helpful, but not required.
