Improve Performance Using Physical Therapy
In addition to our professional physical therapy training, all of our therapists are competitive athletes in their own right. We understand what it takes to win the next race, and we're here to help. Our techniques have proven so successful TriAthlete Magazine has selected us to write their monthly column on training tips. We also sponsor several professional athletes who provide us with "live" data on what techniques work for which sport.

To help you take your next race to that next level, we offer a three-pronged approach:

Training Programs
We offer a variety of core strengthening and speed training classes. We also have the G-Trainer, the anti-gravity treadmill, to build endurance. Our newest program, Endurance: Achieve, features one-on-one strength and conditioning classes specifically designed for you and your sport.

Performance Testing
Our testing programs can gauge your body composition, determine your metabolic rate, and evaluate your running gait. We also offer sport-specific assessments.

Nutrition
Endurance Nutrition focuses on providing nutritional guidance to help endurance athletes make smart nutritional choices. Endurance Nutrition was founded by Melissa Spooner, three-time Ironman Champion, and its programs take you from training through race day to recovery.
