Focus:
Core strength and conditioning. Good core strength indicates an individual's ability to move with high efficiency. As athletes, efficient movement is crucial to speed and endurance. This class will provide a base for injury prevention, flexibility, agility, & stamina.





Individual speed training
Speed Training
Individual speed training is available year round at our North Scottsdale location. Individual training will include specific strength and flexibility exercises in conjunction with running workouts specific to the athlete. The improvement of each individual’s specific imbalances or weakness will assure the athlete’s gain in speed and stamina. We recommend 24 sessions meeting twice a week for a consecutive 12 weeks.

Cost:
Assessment - $125
1. Physical Therapist for injury prevention, imbalances, flexibility, core strength and assessment of current injury.
2. Treadmill Max Heart Rate Test - with Andi
3. Running Gait Analysis - with Andi

Individual 1 Hour Sessions - $55
1. Wear provided Heart Rate Monitor
2. Dynamic Stretching
3. Treadmill or Field running
4. Particular Strength, Flexibility, Plyometric Drills
5. *Testing
