Raised throughout the greater Atlanta, Georgia area, Amanda developed an early appreciation for movement, adaptability, and performance. From a young age, she immersed herself in athletics, participating in soccer, track, cross country, swimming, experiences that sparked her lifelong passion for human movement and performance optimization.
Amanda attended the University of North Georgia, where she earned a degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Finance and Leadership through the ROTC program. This unique academic foundation cultivated her leadership skills, discipline, and commitment to service, traits that now enhance her patient-centered approach to care. She went on to pursue her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, graduating in May 2021.
Committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care, Amanda has completed extensive continuing education to expand her clinical expertise. Her training includes Dry Needling, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS Level 1), Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA Level 1), Herman & Wallace Pelvic Floor Level 1, and Vestibular and Concussion Level 1. She has a strong clinical interest in treating musculoskeletal injuries and working with athletic and tactical populations, particularly military personnel, soccer and football athletes, and she aspires to work with motorsport athletes such as race car drivers.
Outside the clinic, Amanda leads an active and adventurous lifestyle that mirrors her passion for movement. She enjoys sand volleyball, hiking and scrambling, especially summiting 14ers, rappelling, woodworking, reading, sim racing, and Olympic weightlifting. A dedicated sports fan, she follows both the NFL and Formula 1. Amanda also values traveling and spending meaningful time with friends and family.
Always seeking new challenges, Amanda is currently planning an ambitious future goal of summiting Mount Kilimanjaro.
